change firmware on HDD 731690-001

Im looking to update the firmware on the above HDD from SN04 to SN06. How is this done? is there an instruction manual and a description of equipment needed?

Hi,

Please check the firmware version available on HPE Support portal using the drive model number.
Drive model will be printed on the drive label itself or remotely using Array diagnostics or iLO.

Here is an example link, always refer to the Installation Instructions before updating the firmware.
