connect (uplink) VC switch ( by using "HPE 40G QSFP+ SR4 100m ) to Cisco 9K Switch

My C7000 has two FlexFabric-20/40 F8 modules,

I lam trying to connect (uplink)  VC switch's 40G QSFP port to our Cisco 9K (company network) .

I already purchased "HPE 40G QSFP+ SR4 100 m (#720187-b21)" transceivers but not sure what cable to use for uplink connection.

- Does anyone have a suggestion ?

or 

- Can I use Cisco qspf-4x10g 40gbase Qsfp breakout cable for this uplink connection ?
