Connecting new MSA2012fc to existing C3000 with VC/FC

i have an existing C3000 chassis with Brocade 4/12 VC/FC in bays 3&$ ccurrently connectedto EVA4400 and i wish to present the new MSA2012fc to certain blades aslo.

can this be done and how? simple steps would be helpful as i am new to FC.
