Re: dl360 gen9 Server Critical Fault on Power ON
Hello,
You may restore the server's configuration settings to their manufacturing defaults and see if it helps.
To do so, you may perform the following steps:
Power off the server and remove the power cable from the power supplies.
Remove the access panel and identify the position of the system maintenance switch with the help of the sticker on the inside of the panel.
Set the system maintenance switch position 6 to the On position.
Replace the access panel. Connect the power cables to the power supply.
Power on the server. When a message indicates that a system maintenance switch is in on position and needs to be turned off, then power off the server, remove the power cables from the power supplies and reverse switch 6's position to Off position.
Power on the server and observe if it makes a difference.

Re: dl360 gen9 Server Critical Fault on Power ON
At the first start, the server performed the test and loaded the peripherals
until completion, but then turned off, leaving the four LEDs on and flashing
at the same time.
I restarted several times by unplugging and reconnecting the power but I
didn't get anything.
How can I proceed?

Re: dl360 gen9 Server Critical Fault on Power ON
Good morning, thank you for the suggestion which I carried out meticulously.
But At the first start, the server performed the test and loaded the peripherals
until completion, but then turned off, leaving the four LEDs on and flashing
at the same time.
I restarted several times by unplugging and reconnecting the power but I
didn't get anything.
The server never finishes booting, it always stops with the four LEDs flashing at the same time

Re: dl360 gen9 Server Critical Fault on Power ON
Issue: Server Critical Fault (Service Information: Power On Fault, System Board, P12V Main/AUX Regulator 1 (14h)) - The power supply has been replaced.
This could potentially indicate a system board issue. Please try replacing the system board and provide an update on the status.
