Embedded Event Manager feature for Cisco 3120X BladeSystem switch
"A customer is asking me about a specific feature of IOS, called EEM(Embedded Event Manager). EEM is a part of the IOS they’re running on their other Cisco switches (12.2(50)SE1 Universal IPbase). However the commands they’re looking for are not present on the 3120X. Is EEM part of the IOS used by the 3120X? " Steve B. supplied the answer: " EEM is part of the IOS used in the Cisco 3120X BladeSystem switch. Look here for info: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/blades/3120/software/release/12.2_52_se/configuration/guide/sweem.html" We hope this helps.

I believe you need the IP Services license for EEM. That's what my customers use.
