Once HPE plans for EOL or EOSL, it will announce as Support Alerts with the title of Product and the keyword "End Of Life (EOL) Announcement" on support.hpe.com.

If the HPE announced EOL/ EOSL, you can view the same with the product  mentioned in support.hpe.com. 

You will have access to the QuickSpec documents for Retired Products. Generally, End of Support or EOSL, is 5 years after the EOL date. As per knowledge, still EOL is not announced for HP ProLiant BL460 G10 Server
