Error loading frech letters

Hi guys,

I'm not able to load data via CTL file with the right data assuming that my data is in frech language, my ctr file loads me data with speacial characters instead of loading the correct data. i have tried the following in my KSH executor : 

export NLS_LANG=.AL32UTF8
set NLS_LANG=.UTF8

NEED HELP.

Hi again,

After hours of trying to correct my in data, t have reached to solve the issue , i have add the following line to my shell script:

set NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1
