Does anyone know where I can download the firmware and the update utility for HP VC FlexFabric 10Gb/24-Port Module. 

All documentation I can find, including documents sent to me by HP themselves in the last week, say I should go to http://www.hp.com/support/vc

However that page no longer exists.

Where should I be going now?

Many, of the old URLs can be changed from hp.com to hpe.com.  If you start out at the main HPESC site you can search by product name. http://h20565.www2.hpe.com/portal/site/hpsc
