GbE2c Layer 2/3 Ethernet Blade: one uplink for only one blade
Hi
In my GbE2c Layer 2/3 Ethernet Blade configuration, i'va actually 2 uplink for both of my blade.
I want to add on blade with an application who use a lot of network. I don't want this blade use the two uplink but use one dedicated uplink.
I can't find the right configuration, can you hlp me?
Is it possible to use de port number 23 ?
Thanks for your help, and sorry for my bad english;

Re: GbE2c Layer 2/3 Ethernet Blade: one uplink for only one blade
you would need to create a VLAN and only have the new blade's NIC and the new uplink port in that VLAN. That will isolate the new blade's traffic from the other blades. yes, you can use port 23...
for example:
/c/l2/vlan 50
ena
name "VLAN 50"
def 5 23
apply
save
