How to capture logs of blade p class

Hi all Gurus,
Needs to capture the logs of
1. p class blade enclosure
2. Power Enclosure
through serial interface for diagnosis.

I'm already having the IML,ilo & other logs.
Can anyone share any documentation for this.
Any reply will be highly appreciated & will be awarded points.
