HP 8/24c SAN Switch for C7000 password reset or factory reset
I have 2 Brocade HPE 8/24c SAN Blade Switches in my C7000, but passwords were lost as previous owner didn't supply it with the system. I am looking for a way how to disable password security check or reset to factory default.
Switch itself doesn't have a console port. So, I cannot connect to it directly.
There is a few jumpers and switches within the device. but there are no description what all they mean nor in admin guide. A switch labeled U11 with 4 levers looks like something which could serve as a security disable system, but in which combination they have to be set, there are no guide.
I would appreciate any suggestion how to connect to it.

Re: HP 8/24c SAN Switch for C7000 password reset or factory reset
At the OA command line, enter: connect interconnect x Where x is the interconnect bay slot where the switch is installed.
You may attempt the on screen prompts to attempt change the password.
Kindly contact HPE technical support if you further need assistance.

Re: HP 8/24c SAN Switch for C7000 password reset or factory reset
Thank you very much for a suggestion, but it still doesn't allow me to confugure it. It shows the password prompt, but I have no access to the password.
It looks like:
