HP VC FlexFabric 10Gb/24-Port Module rebooting continuously

Hi there,

I have a c7000 Enclosure G3 with two OA version 4.96 + two HP VC FlexFabric 10Gb/24-Port Module.

One of the FlexFabric modules is ok and working well but another one rebooting continuously and not booting. Even if I installed the module alone again it's not booting.

I connect to the OA through the SSH then run these commands: 

connect interconnect 1

then press Enter to show the interconnect console:

the console shows me the module rebooting continuously:'

I recommend that you open a ticket with HPE to replace this module.
