HP1/10Gb-F VC-Enet Module (447047-B21) FW Upgrade fails (tested 3.6, 3.62 and 4.85)

Connected VC Enet Module into C7000 Enclosure Bay 2. The Module is being recognized but unable to get an IP (unlike the Server Blades and OA). The VC Enet Module does not have any Firmware Version displayed (which is very strange for me) and no Management IP. I have connected The Module Ethernet Port with an external Switch (to which OA and all my other Devices such as Admin Computer is connected). I have tried to update the Enet Module with different VC Firmwares (3.6, 3.62, 4.85) using Virtual Connect Support Utility v1.15 on my Admin Computer. No Success. (Below is the Log File).

The Server Blades Ports are unplugged, no connection to external network although I am able to Remote Control them via OA Ethernet. I have updated at least one Server Blades ROM and NICs.

Onboard Administration Module. 

How can I get the Server Blades connected to the external Network? Currently Any File Transfer from Admin PC to Blade Server results in very low Speed (below 1 MBps) and it is only possible via Virtual Drive to pull data in/out.
