HPE c7000 BL enclosure OA issue

I have an issue with a Onboard Administrator intermittently shutting down approximately every two hours.  Updated firmware to 4.95.  I have replaced the OA.  Are there problems with the Mid backplane board?

Ensure there are no security scanners (such as Qualys) running against your OA modules.  My only advice at the moment...

Does both OA shutdown?
Does the replacement OA also behaves the same way?
If yes, Try to reseat the OA sleave once,
Or swap the OA to check if happens in only one OA slot.
If the issue persists log a warranty case to replace the OA tray

The administration OA sleeve replacement fixed the issue.
