HPE c7000: Brocade 8Gb FC switch firmware update

Folks.....

Just a need a little guidance and understanding updating FOS firmware two Brocade 8Gb FC switches in Bays 3 & 4 of a c7000.

After the mgmnt IP's are set via EBIPA - I can SSH into the CLI of the switches. Both switches are on v7.2 FOS and need to be on v7.4.2.  Using Web Tools (GUI) could be used to accomplsih this task assumimg we find a laptop with an older version of Java running on it. Anyway, say we stick with CLI - would FileZilla or the like (FTP or SFTP) be the way to update the firmware? With the laptop as the FTP server and it's IP on the same subnet to talk to the OA and Brocade switches? Could HPE SUM be used here? Probably not, Im assuming? Im totally new with these Brocade FC modules in a c7000 - vs updating, say, the TOR versions very easliy on installs with the HPE/Borcade blessed USB stick with the firmware.

"would FileZilla or the like (FTP or SFTP) be the way to update the firmware?" - yes

"With the laptop as the FTP server and it's IP on the same subnet to talk to the OA and Brocade switches?" - yes

"Could HPE SUM be used here?"  - no

"the TOR versions very easliy on installs with the HPE/Borcade blessed USB stick with the firmware" - procedure is absolutely identical, just one difference - you have to use external FTP/SFTP/SCP, it may be your laptop or some another server (i use little VM with Linux with sftp server)
