Network configuration utility doesn't show Emulex OneConnect nics

BL465C G7 with nc550m 10Gb network adapter.

Although I can see all 4 nics in device managere, 2 for emulex and 2 nc551i.

firmware is updated and I have all the latest greatest drivers.

does anybody have a solution or face this problem

I did check for teefer2 protocol stack and its not installed.
