OA displaying wrong serial number for c7000 enclosre

Where does OA pull the enclosre serial number from? I had to place a support call the other day and the number listed under the Information tab of Enclosure Information was wrong. Is there any way to change this to reflect the correct serial number? My other 2 c7000's display fine.

Hi Kerry,

The Enclosure serial number is settable field.
you can have your own serial number assigned to enclosure.

You can set the serial number from the OA CLI.
access OA through telnet or SSH.
execute the command.

SET ENCLOSURE SERIAL_NUMBER "": Set the enclosure's serial
number. The serial number must be 10 characters in length. Acceptable characters
include alphanumeric, dash and underscores.
