This thing was nice because it contains unified firmware updates for the OA, VC interconnect, and blade servers. I was really impressed to see the web interface provide status updates on the firmware installation while the maintenance tool was doing the install.

Re: OA firmware update fails
I cannot use different version of IE as customers might use the IE6 .
I have already done the reset of OA
Cleared the cache too
Still get the same problem.

Re: OA firmware update fails
You can begin by removing the Onboard Administrators for this enclosure and then pulling out and re-seating the OA sleeve. Replace the OAs and try again through your browser (IE6 should work fine.) As Adrian said, clear your cache and you may also want to add the enclosure DNS name and IP address to your "Trusted Sites."
If IE fails to allow the update, attempt via a telnet or SSH connection to the OA.

You will need to provide an http, ftp, tftp address or have a USB key attached with the .bin file.
good luck, and assign points to your responders!
