OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.4.0.2 from C7000 OA
Hello, Community
I have tested C7000 OA redundancy and monitor snmp trap.
The test is that Primary OA is reset and switched to Secondary OA.
I realized that OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.4.0.2 is sent from Primary OA when it is reset. but i could not find .1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.4.0.2 in mib file.
Does someone explain what is happening?
Thanks

Re: OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.4.0.2 from C7000 OA
Quick Google search says that is part of a generic MIB called NET-SNMP-AGENT-MIB.
http://www.oidview.com/mibs/8072/NET-SNMP-AGENT-MIB.html
I have some freeware tool called iReasoning MIB Browser on my machine for testing SNMP and it has the following in respect to that OID:
nsNotifyShutdown NOTIFICATION-TYPE
STATUS current
DESCRIPTION
"An indication that the agent is in the process of being shut down."
::= { netSnmpNotifications 2 }
