Onboard Administrator (OA) LDAP Question
Keith's customer was having LDAP issues:
**************
Thought I would throw this out to the group. I have a customer that is using LDAP settings to access their OA’s. Everything works fine with all users in the OU Group OAAdmins from the domain. The issue they are running into is when a user tries to authenticate from a different domain it fails. Below is the output from two users. The first one works without issue as it is in the sgdcelab domain but the user in the global domain does not work. The trust is a one way trust. The users in the sgdcelab domain trust the global domain but not the other way around. Any thoughts???

Input from Chad:
************
Try the CN of the user account instead of domain\username, I’ve had this happen from time to time. If you can get the Advanced output from AD, it will be in the first part of the DN where CN=soandso
