p-Class Management Module error codes

 Hello,

We are having this old p-Class setup in our company, we also have c-Class setup.  I was referring to ProLiant Troubleshooting Guide for diagnosing p-Class servers and Management Module.

I came across this table which describes some leds to troubleshoot p-Class, but I am having difficulty in understanding the led combination mentioned in this guide.

Need help from any Blade expert who can interpret this table.

Here is what I am referring to: "HP ProLiant Servers Troubleshooting Guide"
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00300504/c00300504.pdf

Server blade management module error codes
Page# 177 to 180

Server blade management module board error codes
LED code: 9-1, 9-2, 9-3, 9-4, 9-5, 9-6, 9-7, 9-8, 9-9, 9-10, 9-11, or 9-12

Where are these leds on the management module and how to read this led code?

Thanks in advance.

Re: p-Class Management Module error codes

I've had a look, I can't see where these LED codes come in to it. I've used the P-Class alot and i've never seen a LED sequence on the management module. so I can only assume on the page before it tells youhow to login to the management by using a serial cable. Maybe the faults it detects are listed as the 2 digit codes that manual shows, but I couldn't confirm it.

Sorry I couldn't help any further
