P-Class server blade management module

Hello,
I have 3 p-class blades enclousures. one of the server blade management module is with the fault led on (red).
I have already change it with a new one but the led is still on.
I try to use one of the other modules of the enclousure but the result is the same. when i try to connect the management module u«in another place it works fine.
Does anyone can help me? if it is not the server blade management module, what it could be?
