Partion resize for Windows 2008

Hello Everyone,
I would like to know how to resize the partion for windows 2008 through the HP Rapid Deployment Pack. I am aware that we have to edit the default xml file which is present on the deployemnt folder but it does not work, if anyone has done it would you please let me know.

I am also facing the same problem, I edited the default xml file but on it there are too many placed where they have asked to create extended partition.

Which is the right place please let usknow.
