Re: Power Controller Firmware 3.4 Upgrade on BL465 Fails
Just in case you need to update the PMC, you can do it with the FW CD 8.60 but using this method:
1. Boot the server from Firmware Maintenance CD 8.60.
2. Agree to the EULA and select the language to use.
3. At that point, type CTRL+ALT+d+b+x (pressing and holding CTRL and ALT while typing d , then b , then x ). This will open a debug window on the Firmware CD.
4. Type:
cd /mnt/cdrom/compaq/swpackages
5. Run sh CP011299.scexe .
