Server Self Shut Down

The HP Proliant 380 shuts down automatically and does not turn until some hours after turning it off. All four light flashes and talks about the memory error.

Hi KwadwoAntwi,

Check the Integrated Management Logs (IML) and ILO Event Logs by connecting to iLO for any Hadware related errors.

Re: Server Self Shut Down

 Hi KwadwoAntwi,

Please refer to the General memory population rules and guidelines. Follow all the rules and guidelines and then configure them.

Even then if the problem is not solved.  This would need further analysis and I recommend logging a support ticket.
