UAT template for blade server

Dear all,

we'll do uat for blade server using Cclass Blade Enclosure C7000 and HP BL460c Gen9. Is there a standard  template I could use for acceptance testing of the above mentioned products?

If so, I could re-use some of the basic acceptance test cases (power on testing), and send it across to my customer for acceptance of solution.

Any relevant acceptance test documents would be of great help.
