VC-FC Module - how to delete in Virtual Connect Manager?

I used to have a VC-FC Module inside interconnect bay #3 and recently replace it with 2 pass-thru FC modules in Bay 3 and Bay4.

The c7000 OA correctly identified the new FC pass-thru modules. However the Virtual Connect Manager still reports that interconnect bay 3 has the VC-FC module with a major error. I'm unable to delete the previousely defined SAN Fabric even if I tried reseting the VC Manager.

I'm not sure if anybody else have encountered a similar problem. Thanks for any suggestions that you can provide.

updare your virtual connect FW to 1.32. Then You can remove components from VC domain

The solution provided requires that after the firmware updates, you will need to physically remove the module before the "remove to VC domain" button becomes available.

You will also need to reset the affected interconnect bay module before it appears and registers correctly on the VC Manager.
