I've just bought my first c7000 chasis, and installed an ethernet V/C module and a Fibre Channel V/C module.
I went into the virtual connect manager and ran the setup wizards, which went fine.
I now want to go back and change some things, and any page/screen relating to profiles is unusable - it just keeps on constantly refreshing (and it takes 5-10 seconds to refresh)
I'm currently trying to download the latest Firmware CD in the vain hope that an updated firmware may help (but that's gonna take a few hours for some daft reason)
I've tried both firefox & IE to use virtual connect manager, but still the same.
Is there some way to make this useable ?
Thanks,
GTG

Hi Ross,
The latest VC firmware is in the below link:
http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/28036.html?jumpid=re
g_R1002_USEN
You can try clearing your cache, and temporary internet files in browser.
I think upgrading the firmware should resolve the issue. if i come across something more i will keep you posted.
Regards,
Raghuarch

Re: Virtual Connect Manager Unusable
All I have to do now is work out why the blades and SAN aren't talking to each other... *sigh*
