Virtual Connect with Microsoft TMG issue

Microsoft TMG blocks every secure connection to outside and inside when run on a HP Blade Enclosure c7000 series with Virtual Connect. The same TMG works outside the blade server just fine. TMG 2010 is installed on a Windows 2008 R2 server without any virtual switch configurations (zo just like out of the box).

HP Blade enclosure is connected to the Cisco 3750x switch with 10GbE port.

My question is, If there is a problem with Virtual Connect that sends possible replys to Microsoft TMG which is not accepted and hence not transfered?

Or should there be a special configuration in the Cisco Switch 10Gb port?
