Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 after installation do not start

I have a BL460c G1 with last bios version in a C3000 enclosure with 2.12 OA firmware with ILO2 1.43 firmware. This system boot from SAN MSA1000 by QLOGIC HBA QMH2462 firmware 1.26 after OS installation Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 do not start because resets on OS starting
