Migrating current HPSIM-integrated VCEM instance to a new standalone VCEM instance

I am currently running VCEM v6.0 integrated with HPSIM v6.0 with a local database. I would like to separate the VCEM application from HPSIM and run VCEM in standalone mode on a separate server but I am unable to decipher whether this is still supported with the newer versions of VCEM. The latest user's guide (v6.2) doesn't provide any information on this. Is standalone mode still supported? If so is the VCEM Data Migration tool still the preferred tool or should the HPSIM Data Migration tool? TIA
