Unable to PXE boot the image in CS10

HI Experts,

I am trying to launch the instance using openstack from cs10 its in the ESX environment, I am getting the following error can anyone help me in resolving this issue.

The error message goes here

CLIENT MAC Addr XX.XX.XX.XX.XX

NO DHCP or PROXY DHCP offers were received 

PXE-MOF : Exiting INTEL PXE ROM

OPERATING SYSTEM NOT FOUND ..

 

any answers /help will be much appriciated
