Changing SSID after authentication; hotspot > priviliged SSID

Hi all,

See attachment for proposed design.

Management wants that all guests and employees can connect to the wireless network by an open SSID so that they can go to the Internet.
If employees want to synchronize e-mail or setup a citrix connection to the corporate network, then they will have to be authenticated by using e.g. a RSA token. Not certain yet. Could also be a seperate cardreader.

What I would like to happen is that after authentication the SSID of authenticated personnel is changed to a more proviliged SSID also with QoS.
The use of 802.1x doesn't seem an option.

Does anyone have an idea how to accomplish this?

Thanx Jaap
