Compaq 6510b -Wireless and bluetooth problem

I have a Compaq 6510b with Windows Vista Ultimate and I´m having problem with my wireless and bluetooth. It stoped to work and I cann´t activat it. Right now the bluetooth symbol in the bar has a blue color around it.
What should I do to solve this problem?
