Connecting Omnibook & T68i Bluetooth

I am having problems connecting my T68i and my Omnibook XE3. the two devices are paired, but I cannot copy any info from one to the other! I have installed a USB blue tooth adapter. how can I sychronise with outlook, and access my pictures on the phone from the computer (when I try to copy to computer, sending via bluetooth and infared are not available.
