DTC error

my dtc giving problem, when I disconnect mdp and run diag, it shows all direct port ok, but when i connect mdp and run diag, it says modem 232 port faulty.
mdp is working ok, that i check on another dtc.

Is there any one dtc expert, i need urgent help. Thanks.......
