HELP: SMC IrCC - Fast Infrared Port

I just reinstall my win2000 OS into Compaq Armada E500 Laptop. I keep having this exclaimation on the SMC IrCC under the Infrared Devices. Seems like the Infrared Port isn't working. Did I miss out any drivers ? I could not figure out which drivers to install for this Infrared Devices. Pls advise.

Hi,

Go there get diagnostic tool. Your IR port is in conflict with something else...
