HP 420 Communication Problems

Every so often I lose communications with random 420 devices. They'll respond to a ping, but not respond to telnet or web interface requests. The only solution I have is to reboot the device.

I manage over 400 of these devices via PCM+ w/PMM. The devices are at 223 and 225.

Hi Stephen,

The error message that you've seen is usually caused by an interference in the 2,4GHz band or in some cases faulty hw.

If you have any type of spectrum analyzer, you can run that to make sure there is no interference in the channel that your ap is using.
