HP Pavilion DV 6171cl Wi-Fi problem

Hello,
I am havin problem with the wi fi on my Pavilion. It simply banished from my PC. When i am switching the wi fi button "on",nothin happens, it`s orange again(not blue) . I format my PC and i have reinstaled the drivers, but didn`t helped. The same problem and simptomes remains. It is like i dont have a wireless on my computer at all. I went to teh local HP service, and they told me that it might be a hardware issue, but they dont know for sure.

Could someone help me ASAP. I realy need my PC to have an operational Wi-Fi system.
