Jornada 820 - WiFi cards

I Cannot get a PCMCIA 802.11b cards to work in my Jornada 820 - running Windows CE. Does anyone 'know' the trick, or a list of cards they got working ?

In the past I couldn't get the Compaq LTE5280/5300's to work, until I 'discovered' that they need a 16bit card !!! Is it anything like that ?
