national semiconductor dp83815 ndis driver for ghost

Wanting to ghost my pavillion ze5478 w/ the above nic, but having trouble. The one driver I found from national comes up with a error message about invalid decimal digit in protocol.ini. NET3653: The protocol manager could not be found. I found on the national website the ndis2 driver that specifies for use with ghost, but it requires a password. Anybody have any ideas or workaround?
