NC6000 wireless and Linksys WAG54G adsl router

Hi,

I have a new NC6000 with built in HP WLAN 802.11b/g W400 wireless and trying to connect to wireless lan using a Linksys WAG54G Adsl router/modem. The NC6000 does not see the wireless lan. Is it compatible with linksys equipment ?

Is the wireless LED on? Have you pushed the wireless button above the keyboard to turn on all wireless devices? Currently HP notebooks come from the factory with their wireless radios disabled, needing the user to push the wireless button to enable them. The wireless button is the one with the icon that looks like a lollipop with waves coming from the top.
