netstat -a shows high Recv-Q and Send-Q

I have a Oracle RAC cluster which is showing high numbers (1380) for Recv-Q and Send-Q.

I don't seem to find anything that documents what the implications of these high levels.

Can anyone tell me if I should have any concerns about these levels. Performance on this cluster is an issue.
