NX6125 wireless options
Is there any chance that future bios versions for hp nx6125 will support more wireless devices?
W400/500 Atheros adapters would be a great upgrade for Linux users... instead of that unsupported Broadcom adapter...

Re: NX6125 wireless options
There may be two different ways to get Linux wireless support on the nx6125: (warning: I have not tried either of these myself):
1) use the Linux "ndiswrappers" package, as referenced at: http://www.kastor.org.ar/hpnx6125/
http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/
http://hpl.hp.com/personal/Jean_Tourrilhes/Linux/Linux.Wireless.drivers.other.html#Win32
There's also a commercial version at:
http://www.linuxant.com/driverloader/
2) HP show an Intel wireless card as an option for the nx6125; search HP for part number PF952AA. Also see:
http://h30094.www3.hp.com/product.asp?sku=2557591&extended=1
Intel seem more supportive of Linux than do Broadcom and Conexant (but I don't know if this card is supported by their linux drivers).
Remember: I have not tried any of the above approaches myself, but I'd be very interested to hear how you progress.
Hope that helps.

Re: NX6125 wireless options
Hi, and sorry for the late...
I didn't try ndiswrapper because I prefer using native drivers.
However I got an Atheros adapter working with my nx6125 changing it's device ids
I just published an howto here:
http://www.dagarlas.org/stuff/computing/article0001.php
I'll try setting the same device ids of the Intel adapter you said... let's see if it works...
