Pavilion ZE4400 Wireless Reception

I have a new ZE4400 which will not pick-up the network in my office. An old Dell and relatively new Gateway will pick up the network in my office using the same D-Link 650+ card. The ZE4400 works fine 10 feet outside my office so it seems to be a location problem with only this computer. Any suggestions other than putting a desk and chair outside my office and working from there?

I should have included that the laptop is running XP home. The router is a D-Link 614+. 802.11b.

Hi Rick - I have the same laptop and haven't noticed any problems with WiFi. In fact it seem to have almost exactly the same reception as a Compaq I use with a PCMCIA card. You might want to consider sending it in for service as it sounds like the antenna might be damaged or unplugged?
