problems with HP Deskjet 460 bluetooth adaptor CB004A

Hello,

We've been having problems with HP Deskjet 460 wbt printing. We're using PrintPocketCE from Field Software to print over bluetooth. One of the printers sometimes gets stuck during printing and we get a communication error from PrintPocket. FieldSoftware support advised us that this is a known problem with the CB004A adaptor (http://www.fieldsoftware.com/HP460error.htm). We would like to know whether a fix has been issued for this.

It's important that we resolve the issue as we're re-selling HP printers as part of our solution and will consider switching to Canon Pixma simply because it has an IR port as well, that can be used as a backup in case of BT failures.
