Procurve 420 AP - WPA clients no IP

I have a Procurve 420 AP configured with WPA - finally got it working, signal strength on the client PC is very high and client is connected (client is an nx9030 with Intel 2200 WLAN chip, running Windows XP Pro SP2, Windows is administering the WLAN settings). However I do have no IP connectivity from the client side, I can access the AP from the wired network with no problems. Station status says forwarding allowed, but I'm not sure what this really means.

Little clarification: Station status says forwarding allowed FALSE.
