-- Terminal server port parameters --
I need to connect a terminal server to a HP server D390 HP-UX 10.20.
I need to know which values must be set up to the terminal server port...
Usually the following values are enough :
- Baud Rate : 9600 bps
- Data Size : 8
- Stop Bit : 1
- Parity : none
- Pace (Handshake) xon/xoff
But it seems it doesn't work this time...
Someone can help me and know how can I check the currently values set up on my server ?
Thanks,

Re: -- Terminal server port parameters --
If you are doing a modem, specifying baud rate 9600 default to 7 bit. See /etc/gettydefs for baud rates and settings.

Re: -- Terminal server port parameters --
Sorry I don't know what is a networked DTC ??? A terminal server is device on which you can connect a server console and so you obtain a remote access console.
Keith,
I will ask to engineer on site these informations.

You may wish to check out the cisco website for router setup information :-
