Vista LEAP (nx9420)

I am having a problem using LEAP authentication within Vista Ultimate. I have HP Compaq nx9420. My organization requires me to use this technology?? Any ideas?

Cisco compatible authentication technologies are not currently supported under Vista. Cisco and its partners are working as quickly as possible to rectify the issue and produce a solution.
