W200 and Enterasys AP

I am having persistent problems with my w200 Multiport Adaptors ,50+ total,losing connectivity to an Enterasys RoamAbout AP. The card appears to go to sleep and the only way to re-connect is to either reselect the profile in the client manager or of course reboot. Thw W200 driver has no power mangment tab like all other WNIC's you can buy. Has anyone seen this and know of a fix or cause
